Right now, Nio will follow redirects. It also retries. The problem is that you don't want it to continue retrying on the URL you were redirected to. Instead, you want to try the original URL when the redirected to URL fails, and keep going back and forth.

The reason for this is that when you connect once to a network that has a captive portal, such as at a coffee shop or on Google Wifi in Mountain View, it will redirect to their captive page and when you switch to a network that is open, or you complete their captive portal process, you will continue to retry on the redirected to URL. In short, you will have to restart Nio once you try to connect on a network with a captive portal.
